Services Include:
Exterior Home Checks
We walk your entire property and look for anything out of place, including visible damage, storm impact, or signs of issues developing. Snow is cleared off your heat pump, AC unit, or generator to keep the equipment accessible. Photos are taken during each visit so you can see exactly what we see and stay full updated while you're away.
On Demand Check-ins
If something comes up or you just want peace of mind, you can request a check-in. We come out, look over the property, take fresh photos, and update you with what we find. It's a flexible option that gives you control while you're away.
Add-ons
If you have extra structures or equipment on your property, we can include them in your winter checks. Sheds, garages, outbuildings, generators, or other specific areas can be added to your visit so everything on your property is looked after while you're away.
Additional Services (Quoted)
These extras can be added to your scheduled visit if you need a back deck, porch, or walkway cleared off. This is not a daily snow shoveling service. It's a one-time add-on performed during your normal check-in.
